Walne Zgromadzenie Polskiego Stowarzyszenia Fotonicznego 2016 PDF Print E-mail

Szanowni Państwo,

Działając zgodnie z § 23 Statutu Polskiego Stowarzyszenia Fotonicznego  gorąco zapraszam wszystkich Członków PSP na Walne Zgromadzenie, które odbędzie się w dniu 17 marca (czwartek) 2016 r. w Audytorium Wydziału Fizyki Politechniki Warszawskiej przy ul. Koszykowej 75 w Warszawie. Początek Zgromadzenia o godz. 12.00 w pierwszym (12.15 w drugim) terminie, a koniec nie później niż o godz. 13.30.

PROPONOWANY PROGRAM WALNEGO ZGROMADZENIA:

  1. Otwarcie Zgromadzenia i przyjęcie porządku obrad.
  2. Wręczenie dorocznej Nagrody PSP im. Prof. Maksymiliana Pluty
  3. Wybór Przewodniczącego i Sekretarza Walnego Zgromadzenia.
  4. Wybór Komisji Skrutacyjnej.
  5. Roczne sprawozdanie Zarządu PSP (dostępne od 14.03.2016 na stronie PSP: http://photonics.pl/index.php/Raport_2016).
  6. Sprawozdanie Komisji Rewizyjnej.
  7. Dyskusja i podjęcie uchwał o przyjęciu obu sprawozdań, w tym sprawozdania finansowego za rok 2015.
  8. Plan działalności Stowarzyszenia w roku 2016.
  9. Wolne wnioski.
  10. Zamknięcie Zgromadzenia.

Podczas Walnego Zgromadzenia będzie możliwość uzupełnienia zaległych składek członkowskich. Składki można również uregulować przelewem na konto PSP nr 23 1020 1097 0000 7902 0098 7081 w banku PKO BP SA (http://photonics.pl/index.php/Membership).

Bezpośrednio po zebraniu, w godz. 13.30-16.00, w Auli Gmachu Fizyki PW odbędzie się impreza kończąca Międzynarodowy Rok Światła w Polsce LIGHT2015 (program wkrótce na stronie PSP) organizowana wspólnie przez PSP, Wydział Fizyki oraz Polską Platformę Technologiczną Fotoniki i sponsorowana prze UE, na którą serdecznie wszystkich Członków PSP zapraszam. W trakcie imprezy przewidziane są krótkie wykłady, prezentacja firm oraz catering.

Invitation for LIGHT2015 meeting PDF Print E-mail
 
LIGHT2015 is a European project funded through the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme of the European Commission. It aims to promote the importance of photonics to young people, entrepreneurs and the general public in all Member States of the EU during the International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies 2015 (IYL 2015).

LIGHT2015 activities will include LIGHTtalks, a series of inspirational events, which will take place throughout the European Union in different cities at different times for the whole duration of the project in order to bring photonics closer to students and entrepreneurs.

Invitation for European Conference on Integrated Optics 2016 PDF Print E-mail
 
Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Steering Committee I would like to encourage you to present the results of your research during 18th European Conference on Integrated Optics (ECIO 2016)  which will be held in Warsaw, Poland on 18-20 May 2016.

The main aim of ECIO 2016 is to provide a forum where researchers from both industrial and academic communities of integrated optics and nanophotonics can exchange their new ideas and latest findings. The main ECIO 2016 scientific topics cover all aspects of integrated optics, including research on optical materials, devices and systems, addressing a broad range of applications, like optical communication, signal processing, bio-photonics, sensors, instrumentation, lighting and displays. If you would like to share the recent results of your research with the integrated optics community, submit a paper at http://ecio2016.com . Selected post-conference papers will be published in a special edition of peer-reviewed IET Optoelectronics journal. 

Please note that the deadline for abstract submissions has been postponed until 7th March 2016.

Traditionally, apart from regular talks, also invited lectures will be given by renowned experts in the field. Please, check the full list of invited speakers at the conference website http://ecio2016.com. 

The conference will be also assisted by 24th Optical Wave and Waveguide Theory and Numerical Modelling Workshop (20-21 May 2016) and a technical exhibition.

The conference fee is 350 EUR (200 EUR for students) for early bird registration and covers admission to scientific sessions and exhibition areas, conference materials, lunches and welcome reception.
